If you want to accomplish anything, you first have to change your mindset. The desire for this goal has to be there first. You have to be ready and willing to do whatever it takes, no matter what, to get to where you want to be. When that component is missing from goal attainment, people often give up at the first sign of trouble (or defeat).
Whether its losing weight, saving money to buy a house, or training to run a marathon, the number one thing you must have to begin with is the same! The desire to reach your goal, regardless of effort. If you believe in what you want, and you believe in your ability to get there, you cannot fail.
Take a look at your goals, and evaluate if you are truly willing to do what is necessary to accomplish it. If you are, then don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way!
